Kelvin Douglas Cummins was born on April 14, 1952 to the late Vera Lee Cunningham Cummins and Norsell Cummins. He passed away on October 19, 2020 at the age of 68.

In addition to his parents, Kelvin is preceded in death by his grandson, Tyquruss. He is survived by his daughters, Terona Cummins, Marquitas Clay, and Vera D. Cummins; sister, Karen Cummins-Marks (Thomas Jr.), and niece, Karolyn Marks.

Viewings will be held on October 23, 2020 from 2 PM – 3 PM at the McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County, and on October 24, 2020 at SAG Funeral Home in Nashville, TN from 10 AM – 12:30 PM.

A graveside service for Mr. Kelvin D. Cummins will be held at the East Side Cemetery in Centerville, TN on October 24, 2020 at 2:00 PM.
