Connie Lee Crowe died Wednesday December 10, 2003, at Perry Community Hospital in Linden. She was 55. Funeral Services will be conducted Friday, December 12, 2003, in the chapel of McDonald Funeral Home. Jerry McDonald will officiate with burial to follow in the Springer Cemetery. Survivors include her husband Monty L. Crowe, one son John Matthew Crowe Sr. of Hohenwald, two brothers, Douglas Stephens of West Jefferson N.C. and Danny Melton of Sarasota FL. Also one sister Linda Campbell of Doylestown PA. Two grandchildren John Matthew Crowe, Jr. and Hannah Nicole Crowe both of Hohenwald. Mrs. Crowe, born August 11, 1948, was the daughter of the late Charles Douglas and Kathleen Marie Melton Crowe. She is also preceded in death by one son Monty L. Crowe Jr. She was an employee of the Lewis County Manor Nursing Home.
