Mr. Johnny Dwayne Creasy, of Hohenwald, TN, passed from this life on Wednesday, December 2, 2020, at the age of 67. He was born on November 21, 1953, to Johnny Creasy and Christine Davis, at the Boyce Clinic in Hohenwald. He grew up and married the love of his life and most importantly his best friend, Carole Defoe, in 1978. He was a proud entrepreneur in Hohenwald. Dwayne lived his life to the fullest, and was a friend to all who knew him. His most favorite part of his life came later when he became known as “Pop” by his six grandchildren.

Left to cherish his memory on this earth is his wife, Carole Creasy, of Hohenwald, sons, Brad (Emma) Creasy, of Hohenwald, and Michael (Anna) Creasy of Hohenwald, his mother, Christine Bratcher, his father, Johnny Creasy, brothers, Tony Creasy, Greg Bratcher, Kevin Creasy, and Jerry Seiber, his grandchildren, Kylie, Carter, Cash, Chloe, Callyn, and Grayson Creasy, and a host of extended family members.

He is preceded in death by one brother, Kerry Don Seiber.

Visitation with the family will be conducted on Friday, December 4, 2020, after 4:30 in the McDonald Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 2:00 PM, in the Swiss Cemetery. Blake Farr will officiate.
