Jesse Elvin Cotham, age 88, of Portland, TN, died Monday, August 31, 2009. Graveside services were held Thursday, September 3, 2009 in the Gallatin Cemetery with Pastor Rob Tripp officiating. Survivors include his wife, Patricia Cotham of Portland; children, Cheryl Ann (Dennis) Primm of Buford, Georgia, Evelyn Lois (Larry) Hunter of Cottontown, Troy David (Karen) Loftis of Hendersonville; and three grandchildren. Mr. Cotham was preceded in death by his parents, Will Jones Cotham and Susan Estilee Skelton Cotham, son, Anthony Loftis, sisters, Mary Jane Hensley, Nola Hinson, Maybelle Cotham, Maggie Nell Woodhouse, Vera Dee Cotham and Annie Cotham, and bothers, Leemore Cotham and Jones and James Cotham.
