Howard Clemons was born on November 11, 1954 and passed away on December 15, 2022 at the age of 68.

He is the son of the late Parnell Eugene Clemons and Elsia Mae Ward-Vaughn Clemons. He is also preceded in death by his brother Parnell Eugene Clemons Jr.

He is survived by his sons Dominicque Clemons, Keyven Clemons, brother Manuel Clemons, niece Taurus Clemons, nephew Kent Clemons, by friends Minister Easley, Minister Donald Moss, Huey Modena, Leonard Modena, James Modena, and Henry Green.
