Betty Jo Claud was born on June 5, 1933 and departed this earthly life on April 20, 2023. at the age of 89.
A native of Hickman county she was the daughter of the late Pete and Morrel Temple Ferguson, and the widow of Dean Claud.

Survivors include her daughter, Lori Locke (Bill), son, James Brian Claud (Ruth), sister, Shirley Devore, sister-in-law, Faye Claud, grandchildren, Abby Claud, Christine Locke, Josie Claud, Alex Locke, Brandon Claud, Katie Lou Locke, and Will Locke.

Ms. Betty was a member of the Centerville Church of Christ and spent her life taking care of Dean and her family. She was always smiling and brightening the lives of those around her.

Memorial Graveside service will be held Friday April 28, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Charles L. Nickell Memorial Park, Centerville, TN, with Bill McDonald officiating.
