Mr. Billie Eugene Church was born on April 20, 1926 in Duck River, TN to the late Robert Hayden and Iola Brown Church and entered eternal rest on January 14, 2023 in Centerville, Tn at the age of 96.

In addition to his parents Mr. Church is also predeceased by his wife Alma Puckett Church, brothers Douglas Church, Robert Church, Fred Church and a sister Ruth Tucker. Mr. Church is survived by a sister in law Ruby Church, nephew Jeff Church (Martie Davis), niece Faye (Will) McEwen, great nieces Kate Rodgers (Nathan Ring), Rebecca Holt (Brett), great great niece Ellie Holt along with a host of family members and friends.

Mr. Billie loved his family and friends deeply. He was a lifelong farmer and enjoyed tending the animals and the land. He loved to laugh and to make others laugh with the many stories he would tell.

Visitation with the family will be 17 January 2023 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County.  Funeral Services will be held 18 January 2023 at 1:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County with burial to follow at Stand Cemetery, Shady Grove Duck River, TN.
