Mildred Murrell Choate was born on April 20, 1923 and passed away on August 24, 2019 at the age of 96.  She was a member of the Clearview Church of Christ.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Zertie Lee Choate; parents, Altha and Oscar Murrell; daughter, Barbara Greenhill; son, Gerald Choate; sister, Mary Murrell; brothers, Clyde and Jimmy Murrell.

She is survived by her son, Dr. Charles Phillip Choate. 

Visitation will be held on 27 Aug, 2019, from 5:00 PM-7:00 PM, at the McDonald Funeral Home.  Graveside Services will be conducted on 28 Aug 2019, at 10:30 AM at Union Cemetery, Dickson, TN.  Burial will follow.
