Judy Kay Chez, 77, of Dickson, Tennessee, passed away on December 25, 2024, at TriStar Horizon Medical Center.

Born on September 26, 1947, in Lynwood, California, Judy was the cherished daughter of the late Kenneth and Betty Ross Williams.

She is lovingly survived by her husband, Gary Chez; her children, Robert James (Roni) Alwin, Steven Ray (Felicia) Alwin, Amy Kaye (Dennis) Crouch, and her brother, Richard (Charlotte) Williams. Judy was a devoted grandmother to Holley (Jimmy) Krueger, Brittney (Christian) Partida, Ashley (Doug) Alwin, Emily Crouch, Robert Alwin, Joshua Alwin, and Katie Alwin. She was also a proud and loving great-grandmother to Jacob Krueger, Ronin Partida, and Raiden Partida.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved grandson, Ian Alwin.

A dedicated stay-at-home mother and later a waitress, Judy was celebrated for her fun spirit, warm heart, and exceptional cooking. She was a woman of poise, always with her blonde hair and lipstick perfectly done, and a sharp wit that brought smiles to those around her. Her family remembers her as a loving and vibrant presence who will be deeply missed.

Honoring Judy’s wishes, her family has chosen cremation, and no services are planned at this time.
