Faye Harber Cherry, age 80, of Centerville, passed away in her home on November 21, 2020.
She was born on September 16, 1940 to Clovis and Emma Alderson Harber. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Jimmy Harber.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Bob Cherry; her daughters, Leah (Scott) Owens and Robin (Eric) DeVault; and her grandchildren, Madelyn and Lilly Owens and Emma DeVault.

Mrs. Cherry graduated from Hickman County High School and obtained a degree in education from Tennessee Tech and her masters degree from Tennessee State University. She worked as a teacher for over 20 years in the Hickman County School System and was a member of the Hickman County Retired Teachers Association. She was also a lifelong member of Centerville United Methodist Church.

Visitation will be 28 Nov 2020 from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM at Centerville United Methodist Church, Centerville, TN.  A memorial service will be held on 28 Nov 2020 at 2:00 PM at Centerville United Methodist Church, Centerville, TN.  Burial will be in Charles L Nickell Memorial Park, Centerville, TN. 

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that people make donations in memory of Mrs. Cherry to the Centerville United Methodist Church Heritage Scholarship Fund.
