Marie Eva Carroll, age 90, born September 25, 1913 in Hickman Co., TN, died May 18, 2004 at Maury Regional Hospital, Columbia, TN. Visitation will be Wednesday, 6:00 – 9:00 PM. The funeral will be held at: McDonald Funeral Home Inc, May 20, 2004 at 1:00 PM. The officiating clergy will be L. C. Loveless, and Van Ward. Burial will take place May 20, 2004 in the Downey Cemetery, Hohenwald, TN. Survivors include sons, Billy W., Samuel Lee, Eddie, C. W., and Kenneth Carroll; daughters, Patsy Carroll and Peggy Sood; brother, Glenish Wade; sisters, Neva Burns, Kelmer Ann Clayton and Elva Rector; 18 Grandchildren; 31 Great-grandchildren; 6 Great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, John Carroll and parents, Wesley and Mary (Peeler) Wade.
