Mary B. Runions Burlison was born on February 11, 1947, in Columbia, TN and passed away on January 26, 2019, at her home in Columbia at the age of 71. She was the daughter of the late Roy Henry Runions and Nancy Luemond Dunn Runions.

She was also preceded in death to her husband, Frank Burlison, who she was a loving wife to for 32 years, her stepson, Timmy Burlison, and Grandparents, Floyd and Laura Baker Dunn; William H. Runions and Dixie Webb Runions.

Mary was one of 12 Children. Her sisters were Tommie Loraine Runions, Dale Vine Runions Sanderson, Reba Neal Runions, and Dorothy Maye Runions Conner (Raymond). and her brothers were Jerry Lee Runions, Charles Franklin Runions (Brenda), Roy Douglas Runions, Billy Joe Runions, Wayne Carson Runions, James Larry Runions (Francis), and John Henry Runions.

She is survived by three brothers and sisters. her daughter, Pat McKennon of Bon Aqua and her children Bo McKenzie, Mandie Runions, and Mickie McKennon; her son, Sylvester Mandrell Jr. of Columbia and his children Erica Mandrell, Brandon Mandrell (Melissa), Shannon Mandrell, and Shania Velasqueze; and twenty great-grandchildren. Also surviving are her stepchildren, Gary Burlison, Delorise Tucker, Marsha Sanders, Jerry Burlison, Donald Wayne Burlison, and Kristy Goins as well as many nieces and nephews and others that were relatives, friends, and loved ones.

Mary, otherwise called “Granny B”, enjoyed puzzles, movies, and working around her home. Above all other things, she enjoyed her family, especially her grandchildren. She loved to cook meals for and take care of them. She was formerly a member of the Church of Christ in Centerville and is now a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Visitation will be 30 Jan 2019 at 4:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home, Inc. – Hickman County. Funeral Services will be held 31 Jan 2019 at 10:00 AM at McDonald Funeral Home, Inc. – Hickman County. Burial will be at Milan Cemetery, Centerville, TN.
