In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Timothy Burlison. He is survived by his significant other, Lorie Sims; daughters, LaTonya (Steven) Burlison, Jamie (Cory) Bandedo, Jennifer Bivins, and Brooklyn Burlison; son, Franklin Burlison; stepsons, Robert Valerio, Chris (Ashlee) Valerio, and Craig Valerio; sisters, Delois “Sissy” (Tony) Tucker, Marsh Sanders, and Kristy (Brian) Goins; brothers, Gary Burlison and Donald Wayne Burlison; as well as six grandchildren.

A graveside service for Jerry Dean Burlison will be held on Friday, February 12 at 1:00 PM in the Milan Cemetery, Centerville, TN  . A visitation with the Burlison family will be held on Thursday from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman Co.
