Marshall Clayborn Buchanan was born January 21, 1940 to the late William and Mammie Pearl Morgan Buchanan, and passed away on April 30, 2022 at the age of 82. Marshall was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and an auto enthusiast.

Survivors include his wife, Donna Barnhill Buchanan, daughter, Tina Buchanan, son, Cliff French, grandson, Shane French, sisters, Corrine Cox, Lucille Redden, and Margie Floyd, and brothers, Malcolm (Fay) Buchanan, Michael (Pam) Buchanan.
