Breece, Cynthia Dianne
Cynthia Dianne Breece, loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on July 11, 2023, in her beloved hometown of Lobelville, TN. Born on August 5, 1965, to parents Jerry Breece and Ann Weatherly, Cynthia was a pillar of strength, love, and creativity in the lives of all who knew her.
Cynthia was a proud Lobelville native, and her love for her community was evident in her many contributions throughout her life. She made her mark professionally as a talented cosmetologist, where her creativity and friendly demeanor made her a cherished figure in the community.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Cynthia was known for her diverse interests that enriched her life and those around her. She was a skilled baker, whose delicious creations were the highlight of every family gathering. A lover of the outdoors, she found peace and joy in hunting mushrooms and kayaking. Her knack for thrifting and macramé showcased her creative spirit and eye for beauty in the overlooked. A dedicated gardener, she had the ability to make anything grow with love and care. Her acts of kindness and generosity were countless, and she always put others before herself. Cynthia also shared a special bond with her dog, Kitty, who was her faithful companion.
Cynthia was a loving mother to her three children, Josh Smith, Haley Page-Power, and Zeke Page. She was a guiding light in their lives, always supporting them with her wisdom, strength, and unconditional love. She also took great joy in her role as a grandmother, and her five grandchildren, Davis Smith, McKali Smith, Lillian Power, Penelope Power, and Mabel Scott Power, were the apples of her eye.
Cynthia was also a beloved sister to Anita Pardue and Dennis Breece. Cynthia’s loss will leave a void in the hearts of her family, but her spirit will live on in the love and lessons she imparted to them. She also leaves behind her travel partner, convertible cruising, significant other Mr. David Shelton.
Cynthia’s life was a testament to her loving nature, creativity, and friendly demeanor. She touched countless lives with her kindness, and her memory will continue to inspire and uplift those who were fortunate enough to know her.
As we mourn the loss of Cynthia Dianne Breece, we also celebrate a life well-lived. A life filled with love, laughter, creativity, and service. Cynthia’s life was a blessing to all who were a part of it, and her memory will forever be cherished in the hearts of her loved ones.
A celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held Monday July 17, 2023, at 2:00 pm at 366 S. Main Street, Lobelville, TN.
