Ruthann Eillen Blanchard was born on August 14, 1967 in Brockton, Massachusetts, and passed away on August 30, 2023 in Columbia. She was 56 years old and was a resident of Hohenwald.

She is the daughter of the late Walter Blanchard and Carol Kruger Blanchard.

She is survived by her husband, James Puglisi; son, Logan Blanchard; daughter, Mia Puglisi; brother, Scott Blanchard; and many other relatives, friends, and loved ones.
