Ms. Patricia Faye Blair passed away on February 1, 2024, in Centerville, TN. She was born on June 13, 1947, in Ypsilanti, Michigan to the late June Roosevelt and Gracie Belle (Forrester) Pike.

In addition to her parents, June & Gracie, she was preceded in death by her children, Shane Blair and Kimberly Blair.

She is survived by her son, Wayne Blair; special family friend, Slick Carroll; and her watchful dogs, Bowen and Bruno.

Ms. Blair loved to watch Dancing with the Stars and American Idol. She was a loving mother and friend. She was blessed with a nurturing son who cared for her until her last breath.

There are currently no services scheduled for Ms. Blair.
