Joseph Charles “Jay” Blackburn was born June 4, 1959 and died on July 11, 2019 at the age of 60 years 1 month and 7 days.  He was born in Vicksburg MS to the late Joseph Charles Sr. and Barbara Ann Wallace Blackburn. 

He is survived by his wife, Mary Ellen Whitehead Blackburn, daughter, Jordon Blackburn, sons, Burt, Jacob, Joshua and James Blackburn, 13 grandchildren, brother, Chris Blackburn and sister, Laura Lacy.

Visitation with the family will be held on 4 Aug 2019 at 12:00PM – 2:00PM at the McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County. Funeral services will be conducted on 4 Aug 2019, at 2:00 PM, in the McDonald Funeral Home – Hickman County. Burial will follow at the Cagle Cemetery, Centerville, TN.
