William Earl Bell, Funeral services for William Earl Bell were held at 2 p.m. January 31, 2010 in the McDonald Funeral Home chapel with Art McCormack officiating. Burial followed in the Downey Cemetery.  Mr. Bell, age 77, died at his home January 28, 2010. He was married to Ellen June York Bell.  He was born June 18, 1932 in Maury County to the late Hardy Lee Bell and Bessie B. Church Bell.  In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, James Edwin Bell of Hohenwald and William Royce Bell of Franklin; two daughters, Connie Sue Garrett, also of Franklin and Debbie Lynn Bell of Bethesda; eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents, a son Johnny Eugene Bell, a brother, Dennis Franklin Bell and a sister,  Annie Catherine Porter.
