Michael Lawrence Beasley passed away on September 12, 2025.
Mike graduated from Butler High School and Augusta Technical College, where he specialized in mechanics. He spent several years as an EMT before working for himself as an auto mechanic. Mike loved working with his hands and helping as many people as he could. He was a devoted father, loved by all. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family, especially his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed.
He was proceeded in death by his mother, Joyce Andrews; sister, Sharron Beasley Hanke; son, Austin Beasley; and granddaughter, Hannah Beasley. He is survived by his siblings, Debbie Smith, Toni (Luis) Bandini, Jamie (Rita) Beasley of Hohenwald, and Ricky Beasley; his children, Michael Shayne (Christina) Beasley, Michael Beasley Jr., Brandi Sette, and Megan (Mikko) Luckey; 15 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial services to celebrate his life was held on Friday September 19, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. in the Thomas L. King Funeral Home Chapel in Martinez, Georgia with Dr. Roland Galloway officiating. The family received friends from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon prior to the service at the funeral home.
