Louise Bates was born in Centerville, TN on February 10, 1927, and passed away on Centerville on January 5, 2019, at the age of 91 years 10 months and 25 days. She was the daughter of the late Thomas Calvin Mayberry and Gladys Hudspeth Mayberry.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, J.T. Bates and her brothers and sisters, Thomas Mayberry Jr., Bill Mayberry, Fred Mayberry, Wanda Rochelle, and Patsy Hannah.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda Crosby of Centerville, grandson, Sean Crosby. brother, Bobby Mayberry of Centerville, sister, Mary Golovich of Michigan along with many other relatives, friends, and loved ones.

Mrs. Bates was a member of the Church of Christ.

Visitation will be 11 Jan 2019, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home, Inc. – Hickman County. Funeral Services will be held 12 Jan 2019 at 11:00 AM at McDonald Funeral Home, Inc. – Hickman County. Burial will be at Chessor Cemetery, Centerville, TN.
