Hubert Barber, age 59, of Linden, died Sunday, December 14, 2003 at his home. He was 59. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, December 17, 2003, at 11:00 AM in the McDonald Funeral Home Chapel in Hohenwald. David Jackson will officiate. Burial will follow in the Barber Qualls Cemetery in Linden. Survivors include his wife, Bertha Grace Adams Barber, four step-sons, Billy Phillips of Canton GA. Rex Phillips of Lincoln Park MI., Kayo and Philbert Phillips of Hohenwald. Also four brothers, Hilliard and Huron Barber of Linden, Hassell Barber of Lincoln Park MI. and Hershel Barber of Hohenwald. One sister, Helen Qualls of Linden. Seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. Mr. Barber was born February 13, 1944. He was the son of the late George Floyd and Lillian Rodgers Barber. He is also preceded in death by one brother, Hollis Barber and a sister Hazel Boswell. He was a 36 year employee of Dana Corporation presently employed with Eaton Industries.
