Jeffery Neal Allen was born on Oct. 25, 1961, to the late Billy Paul Allen and Martha Elizabeth Gordon Allen Goins, and died on June 9, 2021 at the age of 59.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sister, Debbie Sullivan Garrett, 2 nieces, Jenny Curtis and Jill Moss, and 10 great-nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 12 June 2021 at 4:00 PM and 13 June 2021 from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM.  Graveside Services will be held at 1:30 PM at Wrigley Cemetery, Lyles, TN.
