Larry Gene Akerman was born on February 18, 1951 and passed away on October 18, 2021.

Mr. Akerman was the son of the late Donald Peter Akerman and Alice Cowan Akerman. He is also preceded in death by his brothers, Don Akerman, Norman Akerman, and Peter Akerman, sister, Barbara Joyce, niece, Lyssa Gilbert and many other nieces and nephews.

Mr. Akerman is survived by his wife, Josette Akerman, son, Jason Shane, sisters, Nancy DeBoise, Betsy Trottier, and Cindy Defosses.
