Christina Marie Adams, age 55, a resident of Columbia, passed away Friday, May 28, 2021, at Maury Regional Medical Center.

A funeral service was held on Friday, June 4th at 6:00 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Points officiating. Burial was held in the Garden of Serenity in Maury Memorial Gardens. Heritage Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.

Christina, known as Mimi by her grandchildren, was born in Trenton, Michigan and was the daughter of the late Billy Adams and the late Alice Berry Adams. She received her industrial electronics degree and worked at Farm Bureau for nearly twenty years where she loved all of her coworkers who were like her family. With her passion for music, she served in the music department at Williamsport Baptist Church for many years. She enjoyed fishing, canoeing, painting, and crafts. Christina later became a member of Grace Church of the Nazarene where she worked as the audio engineer in the video department. Most of all Mimi loved to surround herself with all her grandbabies.

She is survived by her daughter, Brandy Allen of Columbia; brother, David Bowman of Michigan; sisters, Shawntay Adams of Michigan and Laura Bowman of Dresden, TN; grandchildren, Daija Bosewell, Presley Allen, Chanley Allen, and Rylan Allen.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Luxley Allen; and brother, Billy Adams.
