Jerrold Welch Adair “Jerry” was born May 28, 1973 in Knoxville, TN to James and Ann Whitesell Adair, and departed this life on May 18, 2022 at his home in Nashville at the age of 48.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his sons Derek and Hunter Adair, brother Jimmy Adair and sister Shelby McCreary, nephews Tucker and Zac McCreary and niece Callie Ann.
