Sylvia Fay Andrews was born Nov. 30, 1941 and died Nov. 25, 2019 at the age of 77. 

She is the daughter of the late Walter Howard and Jessie Coates Andrews.

She is survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.   Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
