Wayne Thomas Matthews was born on June 25, 1950, and passed away on January 14, 2020, at the age of 69.

He is the son of the late Charles Matthews. He is also preceded in death by his son Johnathan Matthews.

He is survived by his significant other Janice Warren, son Anthony Matthews, daughter Julie Matthews, and brother Gary Matthews.
