\nI am trying to locate information on Silas Moore who married Morning Moon and had a daughter named Emily Moore (later Quaid) sometime around 1818. I am using this service because I saw a Silas Moore listed. In my records in 1901 Silas was already deceased and his daughter was applying for identification as a Mississippi Choctaw.

Lorene “Lizzie” was sent to live with William E. and Judith (ROBERTS) Riddle in Canute, Oklahoma. Judith Riddle (we think) was the daughter of Thomas Jacob and Martha Roberts of Lawrence Co. TN. We think the Riddle\/Roberts were somehow contacted to the Spears or McDougals and that is why she was sent to live with them in Oklahoma when both parents died.
