AL; Emma HOOD, 1882 in Lawrence Co., TN; Alice CHANEY, no date or location; I have no clue as to the number of children, so far I can identify these: Maggie L. born abt. 1899; Elma V. born abt. 1915; and William Carroll, born 1919. I can only find him on the 1910 and 1920 census for Hardeman Co., TN. Sterling supposedly died in 1920-21, location unknown.
