Services were Thursday of last week in Ripley Funeral Home , with burial in Holmes Cemetery. He leaves his brothers, Guy DITTO, of Ripley, and Edward DITTO, of St. Louis, Mo.; his half-brothers, Donald Ray DITTO, of Ripley, Carl DITTO and Dalton DITTO, both of Chicago; his sisters, Mrs. Mattie AKINS, of Ripley, Mrs. Sarah PRIVETTE, of Wynne, Ark., Mrs. Annie HAMHLIN, of Panokee, Fla., and Mrs. Lillie Mae BLACKWELL, of Patton, Calif.; and half-sisters, Mrs. Clarice HOLMAN, of Ripley, Mrs. Susie KING and Miss Bertie Mae DITTO, both of Memphis.<\/p>\n<p><em>The DAY and DATE the obituary appeared in the LAUDERDALE COUNTY ENTERPRISE<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>THE FRIDAY JUNE 28, 1968 Carson DITTO, 54, who was born in Ripley, died at 2 p.m. Sunday before last in Veterans West Side Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, after 3 years illness.
