Aron Neal Erwin<\/strong>, 68, retired employee of the town of Halls, died of cancer Saturday at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Halls Funeral Home with burial in Greenhill Memorial Gardens Cemetery. He was a member of Elon Baptist Church and a Mason.<\/p>\n Mr. Erwin, the husband of Betty Bobo Erwin, also leaves a daughter, Ginger Dozier of Newbern; six sisters, Rachel Hong and Mildred Childress, both of Troy, Irma Olds of Ripley, Geneva Lovelace and Peggy Gillilwater, both of South Fulton, and Nancy Nix of Halls; a brother, Thomas Gale Erwin of Halls, and two grandchildren.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" The Commercial Appeal (Memphis, TN) April 17, 2000 Aron Neal Erwin, 68, retired employee of the town of Halls, died of cancer Saturday at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson.
