THE LAUDERDALE COUNTY ENTERPRISE, FRIDAY MARCH 18, 1932<\/p>\n
DEATH–Pneumonia Wednesday proved fatal to Mrs. Leila C. NAGLE<\/strong>, teacher of the 6-2 grade at Maury School in Memphis. Mrs. NAGLE died at 7:30 a. m. at her home, 1259 South Barksdale. She was stricken Sunday, but went to school Monday out of loyalty to her pupils. She had taught at Maury for nine years, joining the school shortly after moving to Memphis from Ripley, following the death of her husband, W. T. NAGLE. She was a member of the First Methodist Church of Memphis and an ardent worker in the Character Builders Bible Class. She leaves one son, Mr. Gerald NAGLE; and a sister, Mrs. F. C. STOLTZ, both of of reside in that city. Funeral services were held at 1 o’clock Thursday afternoon at the residence, the body was then taken to Ripley Methodist Church for services and interment in Maplewood Cemetery. She was the daughter of the late R. T.
