Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Halls Funeral Home with burial in Green Hill Memorial Garden.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Broglin, the widow of James Robert Broglin, leaves four daughters, Trudy Davila of Temple, Texas, Ruby Lovejoy of St. Charles, Ill., and Patsy Jones and Betty Adams, both of Dyersburg; two sons, Jimmy Jerrell Broglin of St. Charles and James Edward Broglin of Conroe, Texas; two sisters, Ivie Vaughn of Athens and Margarine Sparks of Independence, Mo.; four brothers, John Newman of Alamo, Thomas Newman of Tuscumbia, Ala., James Newman of St. Charles and Glenn Newman of Barrington, Ill., 18 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.<\/p>\n<p>The Commercial Appeal (Memphis, TN)<br \/>\nOctober 25, 1998<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bernice Irene Broglin, 72, retired factory worker, died of cardiopulmonary arrest Friday at Methodist Hospital of Dyersburg.
