Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Halls Funeral Home with burial in Green Hill Memorial Garden. She was a Baptist.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Bell, the widow of James Bell, leaves a daughter, Carolyn Kilzer of Halls; two sons, Ernest Bell of Covington and Billy Bell of Unionville; a sister, Clydie Warpole of Halls; two brothers, Harvey Watkins of Steele, Mo., and Franklin Watkins of Halls, 13 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
