Wilson & wife}                        State of Tennessee\r\n       to           deed to 33 1\/4 acres   Lauderdale County\r\nJulia Midgett     }\r\n\r\nFor and in consideration of seven hundred and fifty ($750.00) dollars, six\r\nhundred dollars of which is cash in hand, paid receipt whereof is hereby\r\nacknowledged, and for the other one hundred and fifty dollars, Marion Midyett\r\nhas this day executed to me his interest bearing note, payable twelve months\r\nafter date, have this day bargained and sold and do hereby transfer and convey\r\nunto Julia Midgett, wife of said Marion Midgett, the following described tract\r\nof land, situated, lying and being in the 6th civil district of Lauderdale\r\nCounty, Tennessee and being the same tract of land which was conveyed to me by\r\nJ.G. Haynes and wife by deed, which is recorded in the registers office at\r\nRipley, Tenn. In book \"U-U\", pages 440-1, to which reference is expressly made\r\nfor a full and complete description of said tract of land which is thus bounded:\r\nbeginning at a stake in the south boundary line of a 128 acre tract sold by the\r\nchancery court of Lauderdale County in the cause of R.W. Sutton and wife against\r\nFrancis Parker, et als, and 124 poles from the southeast corner of the said 128\r\nacre tract; thence west 80 poles to a stake; thence north 80 poles to a stake;\r\nthence east 50 poles to a stake; thence south 36 poles to a stake; thence east\r\n30 poles to a stake; thence south 44 poles to the beginning, containing 33 1\/4\r\nacres, be the same more or less.  And I covenant with the said Julia Midgett\r\nthat said land is unencumbered and that I will forever warrant and defend the\r\ntitle to the same to her, her heirs and assigns.  An express lien is retained on\r\nsaid tract of land to secure the payment of said $150.00 purchase money note,\r\nsaid note also providing for reasonable attorneys fees in case said note is\r\ncollected by suit.  And I, Christina Wilson, wife of said E.F. Wilson, hereby\r\njoin in this conveyance for the express purpose of conveying all of my homestead\r\ndower or other right or interest in and to said tract of land.\r\nWitness our hands this the 31st day of December 1904.\r\n\r\nE.F. Wilson\r\nChristina Wilson\r\nState of Tennessee\r\nlauderdale county }\r\n\r\nPersonally appeared before me, J.E. Pierson, notary public, in and for said\r\nstate and county.  E.F. Wilson & wife, Christina Wilson, bargainors to the\r\nforegoing and hereunto attached instrument with whom I am personally acquainted\r\nand who acknowledged that they executed the same for the purpose therein\r\ncontained and Christina Wilson, wife of the said E.F. Wilson, having appeared\r\nbefore me privately and apart from her husband, the said instrument to have been\r\ndone by her freely, voluntarily and understandingly without compulsion or\r\nconstraint by her husband and for the purpose therein expressed. Witness my hand\r\nand seal of office at office in Ripley, Tenn, this 31st day of December 1904.\r\n                                               J.E.
