\nthat we, VERSIE BAIN, DORSEY WHITE, MARY JANE MURLEY, R.F. MURLEY, and IRENE
\nHUTCHERSON for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar cash in hand paid
\nto us by WILLIAM HENRY KLUTTS have this day bargained and sold and do by these
\npresents transfer and convey unto WILLIAM HENRY KLUTTS a small tract or parcel
\nof land in the 2nd civil district of Lauderdale County, Tennessee, containing by
\nestimation about 4 acres, and which lies on the east line of the 83 acre home
\ntract owned by M.C. MURLEY, deceased, and devised by him in his last will and
\ntestament to WILLIAM HENRY KLUTTS and IRENE HUTCHERSON, and said four acre tract
\nadjoined the eleven acre tract on the west side thereof which was also
\nbequeathed to them in said will and the same contains a small house and barn
\nwhere the said WILLIAM HENRY KLUTTS now lives and he agrees to pay the 1936
\ntaxes on the land. To have and to hold above described lot or tract of land to
\nthe said WILLIAM HENRY KLUTTS, to him, his heirs and assigns forever in fee
\nsimple; with whom we covenant that we are well seized of the same, that we have a
\ngood and lawful right to sell same and convey the same; and that we will warrant
\nand defend the title thereto against the lawful claims of all persons
\nwhomsoever. Witness our hands on the 28th day of February,1936. MARY JANE
