Mrs. Elnora Victoria KELTNER, a native of Ripley, the widow of Cecil U. KELTNER, died Friday at Baptist Hospital, Memphis. She was 82. Her husband, a widely known builder, died in 1953. She leaves three sons, Cecil G. KELTNER, Russell K. PRICE and Harold O’Neal PRICE; her brother, Dr. T. B. KELTNER, all of Memphis; three sisters, Mrs. Bob WEAVER, of Memphis, Mrs. R. C. MORRIS and Mrs. E. L. GRAMMER, both of Ripley. Services were held Sunday at National Funeral Home, burial in Memorial Park.
