LAUDERDALE COUNTY ENTERPRISE RIPLEY, TENNESSEE FRIDAY JULY 1ST, 1932

POSTELL REECE–Postell Reece, oldest child of Mr.& Mrs. M.J. REECE, was born November 20,1914, died June 19,1932 at the Brownsville Hospital. He was injured June 19, while playing ball which caused his death. When a small child, Postell began attending Sunday school each Sunday with his parents, and he was always there unless illness prevented. In August 1931, he professed faith in Christ and joined Mascedonia Baptist Church and lived a faithful member until the end. Funeral services were held at Pleasant Grove Cemetery Tuesday afternoon by Rev, SAVAGE, of Ripley. Pallbearers and flower girls were members of his Sunday school class; Spurgeon JENNINGS, Glenn FRESHER, W.G. JENNINGS, Jr., Irvin HAYNES, Auford PICKENS, Ross DENNISON, Jennie Sue JENNINGS, Ruby HARDEN, Frances JENNINGS, Erlin HATNES, Nell PENNINGTON and Rachel JENNINGS. His Sunday School Teacher: Geraldine JENNINGS.
