DEATH; RIDGELY, TENN., JULY 20–Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Ann NEEL, 79, who died at the home of her daughter near Martin, were conducted by Rev. HOWELL yesterday from the Methodist Church of Ripley in charge, assisted by Rev. RAMSEY of Ridgely Baptist Church. Mrs. NEEL was born in Obion County. At the time of her death, she was a member of the first Methodist Church, Dyersburg. She was married to the late W.A. NEEL December 16th,1880, and moved to Ridgely where they resided until his death several years ago. Mrs. NEEL was a charter member of the Order of Eastern Star of this city. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. C.W. McINTYRE, of Martin; four sons, O.C. NEEL of Artesia, N.M., E.A. NEEL, of Manilla, Ark., R.A. NEEL of Armorel, Ark., and C.H. NEEL, of Ripley, Tenn.; one sister, Mrs. G.W. BARNES, of Missouri; and eight grandchildren. Interment was in the Ridgely Cem.
