LOCALS–Relatives here were advised Saturday of the sudden death of Mr. L.L. ELGIN at his home in Tulsa, Okla. The funeral was held Monday and his remains laid to rest in that city. He married Miss Alice GRAY, of Ripley, and is survived by his wife and one daughter.
