Dorsey Sears Chipman, 87, homemaker, died Tuesday in Cordova. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today at Greenhill Memorial Gardens. Halls Funeral Home has charge. She was a member of Williams Chapel Baptist Church.

Mrs. Chipman, the widow of Freddie B. Chipman, leaves a daughter, Karen Nichols of Cordova; a son, George Michael Chipman of Prospect, Ky., and two grandchildren.
