MARY JANE MURLEY et al TO WILLIAM HENRY KLUTTS et al] Know all men by these
presents, that we ,MRS. MARY JANE MURLEY, widow of M.C. MURLEY, and VERSIE BAIN,
DORSIE WHITE, and R.M.F. MURLEY, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar
cash in hand paid to us, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and for the
purpose of carrying out a family settlement made by ue in the lands of
M.C. MURLEY deceased, have thid day bargained and sold and do by these presents
transfer and convey unto WILLIAN HENRY KLUTTS and his sister, IRENE HUTCHERSON, as
tenants in common, the following described three tracts of land, the first two of
which are in the second civil district of Lauderdale County, Tennessee; and the
third in the 10th civil district of Haywood County, Tennessee, and the same are
thus bounded: First Tract: Beginning at the northwest corner of the 10.12 acre
tract allotted to R.M.F. MURLEY; runs thence west with his south line 513 feet to
his southeast corner; thence south 890 feet to a stake; thence west 559 feet to
a stake; thence north 890 feet to the beginning, containing 10.3 acres, more or
less. SECOND TRACT: Beginning at the southeast corner of said tract above
described; runs thence south 938 feet to the offset corner in the south line of
the original MURLEY tract; thence west 548 feet to a stake; thence north 938
feet to the south line of the said 10.3 acres tract, thence east 532 feet to the
beginning, containing 12 acres more or less. THIRD TRACT: Beginning 850 feet
west of the most eastern southwest corner of the original 55 acre tract; runs
thence west 550 feet to a stake; thence north 1040 feet to the offset corner of
the 55 acre tract; thence east 580 tract to the north west corner of the BOB
MURLEY 22 acre tract; thence south 1040 feet to the beginning, containing 10.8
acres, more or less. To have and to hold our entire interests in the said three
tracts of land above described to the said WILLIAM HENRY KLUTTS and IRENE
HUTCHERSON to them, their heirs and assigns forever in fee simple, making them the
owners of the same in fee simple, with whom we covenant that we are well seixed
of our interest in said tract of land, that we have a good and lawful right to
convey the same that the same are not encumbered except for a lein thereon to
secure the balance of an unpaid indebtedness to the Federal Land Bank of
Louisville, Kentucky, which is now approximately $520.00, one half of which the
said WILLIAM HENRY KLUTTS and IRENE HYTCHERSON assume as a part of the
consideration for this deed along with the 1936 taxes on said three tracts of
land, and we will warrant and forever defend the title thereto against claims of
all persons whomsoever except as set out above. WITNESS our hands on this the

March,1936, Before me personally appeared MRS.MARY JANE MURLEY, VERSIE BAIN,
DORSIE WHITE and R.M.P. MURLEY, to me known to be the persons described in and who
executed the foregoing instrument and who acknowledged that they had executed
the same as their free act and deed.
