years and one negroe girl named JUNE aged about six years, one yoke of oxen, one
waggon, three horses, two fillies, one two year old and the other one year old,
and two mules,5 milch cows and calves, one Bull, fourteen head of yearling cattle
steers cows & c., six head of sheep and four feather Beds and furniture and four
bedsteads, one Metal Clock, four ploughs and three pair of Gear, one dozen
chairs, two tables and one Gennett and three hundred cords of wood was presented

me for acknowledgement and thereupon personally appeared before

bargainor with whom I am personally acquainted and who acknowledged that he
