Lovely Cornelia B. Williams, born in 1864 as the Civil War finally came to an exhasting close, was the last born child of David and Elvyann Walker Williams.

Cornelia married William Cornelius Burks in 1882.

Cornelia's sister, Phredonia "Phe" Williams was married to William Burks' brother, R. W. Burks.
