Cynthia Kathleen Woodley, 74, retired secretary for Halls Insurance Agency, died Monday of cardiopulmonary arrest at Methodist Hospital of Dyersburg. Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Halls Funeral Home with burial in Greenhill Memorial Gardens. She was a member of First Christian Church of Halls and a Worthy Matron of Order of the Eastern Star.

Mrs. Woodley, the widow of W. H. Woodley, leaves two daughters, Carolyn Ozment of Dyersburg and Norma Nell Booker of Halls; two sons, Paul 'Sonny' Woodley of Pleasanton, Calif., and Bill Woodley of Ripley; a brother, James Fowlkes of Memphis, nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
