Otis Watkins, 76, retired steel mill worker, died Monday morning at Christian Hope Hospital in St. Louis. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Halls Funeral Home with burial in Green Hill Memorial Gardens in Halls. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Grata Grady Watkins; a daughter Mrs. Janice Dixon of Ballwin, Mo.; three sons, Jimmy Lewis Smith of Gates, Eugene Watkins of Arnold, Mo., and Dennis Watkins of St. Louis; five sisters, Mrs. Adie Bell, Mrs. Lillian Morton and Mrs. Clydie Walpole, all of Halls, Mrs. Gladys Taylor of Paris and Mrs. Ruth Hughes of Bells; two brothers, Franklin Watkins of Halls and Harvey Watkins of Paris, seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
