Dorothy L. Vaughn, 71, retired cafe employee, died Tuesday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Halls Funeral Home with burial in Greenhill Memory Gardens.

Mrs. Vaughn, the widow of Cloudy Samuel Vaughn, leaves three daughters, Ann Clem and Cherry Lee Vaughn, both of Ripley, and Brenda Huggins of Covington; two sons, Eugene Vaughn and Rodger Vaughn, both of Ripley, seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
