| Monroe Moore, 63, of Ripley, died Tuesday at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Ripley. He was a retired employee of Colonial Rubber and a member of Disciples of Christ in Ripley. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Halls Funeral Home. Burial will be in Greenhill Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Halls. He leaves his wife Verna Watson Moore; two daughters, Carol Kemmerling of Dyersburg and Kathy Ozment of Newbern; two stepdaughters, Diane Clanton of Dyersburg and Debbie Bricco of Ripley; a son, Mike Moore of Dyersburg; two stepsons, James Tucker of Halls and Randy Tucker of Ripley; two brothers, Harold Moore of Dyersburg, and Leon Moore of Littleton, N.C.; 21 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren (b. May 25, 1936 d. Feb. 29, 2000 ) |
