John Allen Jones, age 16, oldest son of J. B. Jones of Cane Island, Arkansas, died Friday Nov. 23. He came here from Arkansas August 31, and was cared for by his great grandmother, Mrs. Thirza Norman and two cousins. His mother and sister died last March. He leaves his father, one brother, and two sisters. He was buried in Poplar Grove Cemetery Saturday.
